Refund policy
At Smart Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-related products after opening (if applicable)
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds for online payments will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
